In line reconstructor and upgrade, it is born forthe lagging PCBA manuel testing and the prompting production efficiency demand，In line test system to realize seamless connection through the market general connection platform with the existing production line to coordinate our company general function test and existing ICT,FCT test equipment,it can compose a full set automation production line,can reach unattended,automatic test. Also can achieve the purpose of improving efficiency and reducing manpower.
1. In line test,it is no need human to take or place the waited test PCBA, can reduce manpower and improve the efficiency. 2. This system apperance adopts flushbonading design,it is easy to fuse the existing test production line, make it’s getting easier to reform the existing test production line,and the cost is very low. 3. This system can match test hardware and software （ICT+FCT）of our company to compose a full set test system; also can match the being used or ready to use test hardware and software of customer at present (such as TR518 test Etc.) to compose a full set of test system. 4. This system use special design of matching test fixture of our company, can transformation model quickly . This fixture using Interface board connect to test system, and USES the limit design, when changing model, just need to take the pre test fixture away directly and put in new test fixture, do not need man to pull plug connection row line. 5. This system adopts MCU,PLC,PC to control, can adjust the test system speed accord to the the production line test speed. 6. When appear NG situation, system will appear prompting, and transmit the defective goods to defective products process. 7. Real-time monitoring operation state, stoppage to be automatic alarm function.
